SHIPMENTS
Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after receipt and fulfillment of an order, by carrier USPS which could make the entire shipping process about 7-10 business days in total.

Tracking
You will be provided with tracking information via email once an order has been confirmed and delivered to USPS where they will process and deliver to the address provided at the time of purchase unless you sent in writing an email to change the delivery address within 48 hours of making the purchase.
If you have not received your order in the allotted time, first reach out to USPS to track your order, and then reach out to Fierce-N-Sassy Salon via email and provide the order number for confirmation.
Refunds & Returns
Clothing & Accessories
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we're here to help! You can return the item(s) within three business days of purchase. You cannot return items that have been used or worn. Returned items must still have tags on the product. Only clothing and purses are returnable items. You will receive the same product or store credit if the item is no longer available. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the items.
Beauty Products & Salon Services
All body care, lashes, haircare, and any accessories (except purses) are final sale. We do not issue refunds or returns for beauty products or salon services.
